Karren Fink is the Vice President of Human Resources for Edmunds.com Inc., the premier resource for automotive information. She is responsible for overseeing the team of professionals who manage Edmunds’ Human Resources processes including employee development, staffing, and benefits for the company’s employees headquartered in Santa Monica, CA and a satellite office in Detroit, MI. Before joining Edmunds.com in 2007, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Westfield, LLC. where she helped staff and support the company’s employees responsible for development and leasing activities at over 60 shopping center properties. Earlier in her career, she served in a range of increasingly responsible human resources roles for organizations such as Citigroup and General Mills. Ms. Fink received an MBA degree with a major in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University College of Business, and earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
